He has represented clients of all sizes, including publicly traded companies, non-profit entities, privately held family businesses, and individuals.\n \nAfter moving to Oregon from the Midwest over a decade ago, Nick has settled in the local community where he and his wife now raise their two children. He is on the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Estate Planning and Administration section, and a member of the Eugene Estate Planning Council  and the Eugene Springfield Tax Association.  He also has taught as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon School of Law, and is on the Board of the United Way of Lane County and serves on its Executive Committee.\n
